Private Sound Immersion
Lie on a biomat on a massage table and receive a Sound session with crystal and metal sounding bowls, drum, voice, monochord board and or tuning forks tailored to your need.
Ancestral Healing
Will sometimes include sound for deep brain states to access inner wisdom. Trace an issue back through your lineage and speak to ancestors to heal and prevent future generations from having to carry the ancestral burden
Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle hands on therapy to access craniosacral fluid Rythm and find blocks and restrictions. The body as it is held in specific holds gets the signal or permission to unwind these blocks and restrictions leading to freedom of movement and pain release. Holds are performed from sacral area to cranial. Clients generally feel very refreshed afterward.
Somato Emotional Release
This kind of session could organically happen during a craniosacral session or begin with an emotional issue you would like to release from your body. You are always in charge of your healing process.
Mayan Abdominal Massage
Geared for women’s reproductive and digestive health , MAM is an external gentle non invasive manipulation with hands to reposition organs to improve blood flow, digestion and fertility as well as to prevent chronic conditions from worsening. Some clients with debilitating cramps have found permanent relief with this type of treatment
Group Sessions
5 person minimum, $35 per person

Immerse and journey with frame drums in a shamanic style circle of drumming.
